Suraj Shrestha

Suraj Shrestha has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Suraj is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at WorldLink Communications since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Daraz (Alibaba Group) from May 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Daraz, Suraj worked as the Head of Human Resources at F1Soft International Pvt. Ltd. from June 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and administering human resources functions, including personnel rules and regulations, staffing, employee education and training, employee relations, and benefits administration.

From December 2018 to May 2020, Suraj served as the Head of Talent Management at eSewa Fonepay. Their responsibilities included analyzing and managing the organizational structure, coordinating training activities, and creating a supportive environment for training and development.

From July 2009 to August 2018, Suraj held the position of Senior Manager, Personnel and Administration at Yeti Airlines Domestic Pvt. Ltd. and Tara Air Pvt. Ltd. Suraj was responsible for overseeing all administrative and logistic factors of the organization and handling human-related matters.

Prior to this, Suraj worked as a Senior Officer - HR at Dabur Nepal Pvt. Ltd. from December 2008 to June 2009.
