Abhijit Kumar Roy is a seasoned professional in Omni Channel solutions with extensive experience across various roles in retail technology. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at World Market since October 2020, Abhijit has successfully implemented significant Omni Channel drivers including Unified OMS and Cheetah Loyalty solutions. Prior to this, roles included Manager of Enterprise Systems at EILEEN FISHER, where the focus was on transforming the retailer into a complete Omni Channel enterprise, and Solution Architect at Williams-Sonoma, responsible for enhancing Omni Channel processes and managing integrations. Abhijit also held positions with Perficient, IDHASOFT, Mahindra Satyam, ITC Infotech, and Yantra Corporation, contributing expertise in order management systems and customer care applications. Abhijit holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
