Jennifer Knighton

Jennifer Knighton has extensive experience in management and customer operations, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Operations and previously as the General Manager at World Market since July 2012. Initially promoted from Gourmet Department Head, Jennifer significantly improved store performance by enhancing customer service and employee satisfaction, ultimately exceeding sales targets. Additionally, Jennifer has held various roles, including Manager at Oliviers & Co, where management of two locations was successfully executed, and Assistant Manager at Godiva Chocolatier, focusing on team leadership and training. Jennifer's background also includes work as an Audiobook Narrator for KnightonGale Creative Services Inc. and a Personal Assistant at Mallory & McCall. Jennifer holds a BA in Medieval and Renaissance Studies from the University of Puget Sound and has studied at the University of Glasgow.
