Julie Vannini

Julie Vannini serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at World Market, a position held since March 2012. In this role, Vannini provides strategic leadership and guidance for company-wide HR initiatives and oversees a team of 40 professionals focused on talent acquisition and development. Prior to this, Vannini held several HR positions at World Market, including Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Corporate HR. Vannini also has experience as Director of Human Resources at Cost Plus World Market and as a Partner/Owner at Forza Viola Inc., where responsibilities included managing employee relations and enhancing brand recognition. Vannini holds a BA in Liberal Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
