Kristen Gluckman Szabo

Kristen Gluckman Szabo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and entrepreneurship. Since February 2022, Kristen has served as the Assistant Manager of Customer Experience at World Market. Concurrently, since August 2007, Kristen has been the Owner and Designer of Le Beaux Metaux, a handmade jewelry company with four distinct shops specializing in various styles, including charm necklaces and healing gemstone jewelry. Previously, Kristen held roles at Target as a Seasonal Sales Associate and HR Expert, as well as at the US International Film & Video Festival and Mobius Awards, where responsibilities included managing entrant relations and developing operational standards. Additional experience includes seasonal sales positions at JOANN Stores, Crate and Barrel, and The TJX Companies, as well as a managerial role at Gap. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Resources with a focus on Merchandising and Fashion Promotion from the University of Arizona.
