Grace Helene Jackson

Grace Helene Jackson is an experienced professional in the fields of UX strategy, international volunteering, and market research. Currently serving as an International Volunteer at Worldpackers since September 2025, Grace previously held a series of roles at MetaDesign, advancing from UX Strategy Intern to UX Strategist between November 2019 and August 2025. Early experience includes working as a Telephone Interviewer for Kudos Research, and as an Office Administrator at Care Home, where responsibilities encompassed secretarial tasks, payroll management, and marketing. Earlier internships involved content writing and marketing strategy development at Altruist Enterprises, and content creation and proofreading at LehmanBrown International Accountants. Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and has pursued further education in User Experience Design and Mandarin Chinese.
