Henrik Mjoman

Henrik Mjoman has extensive work experience in various roles related to recruitment, consulting, business development, and management. Henrik has worked for companies such as Novastar Baltic SIA, PRIME Recruitment SIA, Worldpronet, Thomas International, B2BLiST / The LiST, PRIME Staffing & Consulting SIA, Latvia Dental or Dental Estetika, Canadian Chamber of Commerce in LATVIA, SLG Thomas International, and R Birojs. Their roles have involved responsibilities such as senior executive consulting, recruiter/managing director, regional director, THOMAS consultant, language tutor/translator, sales manager, board member/business dev director, country manager, and BDM consultant. Throughout their career, Henrik has focused on expanding networks, recruiting staff, building sales and marketing strategies, training and coaching, business development, and fostering partnerships for business growth.

Henrik Mjoman has an extensive education history spanning several decades. Henrik began their education at Östbergaskolan, where they studied Civics from 1969 to 1972. From 1972 to 1975, they attended Sjoangsskolan and acquired a PASS 3.9 degree in Hogstadium. Henrik then proceeded to Norra Real, where they studied Civics from 1975 to 1979, earning a PASS 3.6 degree.

Following these foundational studies, Henrik pursued a career in the military. Henrik enrolled at the Royal Swedish Naval Academy in Karlskrona from 1979 to 1982, and they obtained the rank of Master Sergeant in 1982. During this period, they studied Naval Officer Supreme Command.

In 1982, Henrik also began their university education at Uppsala University. Henrik studied Business Administration as well as East European History & Languages, completing a M Sc equiv degree in 1991. Additionally, they attended the Naval Officer's School in Berga, Stockholm from 1982 to 1987, where they served as a Lieutenant (jg) Assisting Platoon Commander and Instructor. Their studies there focused on Navigation, Identification, Weaponry/Shooting, and Instruction.

Henrik's educational journey continued in 1992 when they pursued specialized studies at Foretagarforbundet vid Uppsala Universitet. This program provided him with knowledge in various areas, including Market Communication, Transport, English, French, EU-studies, and Marketing, and they earned a degree as an EU specialist in 1993.

In 1995, Henrik briefly attended Latvijas Universitate for an Open Course for Foreigners, where they focused on Latvian Language, History, and Civics.

Throughout their career, Henrik also obtained several certifications. In 1979, they obtained a Sailboat Management Certificate (SE: Forarbevis) from the Royal Swedish Navy in Karlskrona. In 1981, they acquired a Coast Skipper's Certificate from the same institution. In 2001, they received a THOMAS International Certificate via SLG Stockholm. More recently, in 2020, Henrik completed a 2-day training for the Basic KaizenLEAN Yellow Belt certification. However, it is worth noting that they did not take the test for certification.
