Eduardo Muñoz Sanchez has a long history of experience in customer support and technical support roles. Eduardo began their career in 1999 as a Support Engineer of Radio Communication, Voice and Data with Telefónica, S.A. In 2000, they moved to Sermalogic. Servicios TI as an IT Field Service Technician. In 2001, they began working for IBM as a Customer Support Engineer, where they performed field service, maintenance, repairs, and installations of automatic teller machines, servers AS-400 and Windows based, and laser printers. Eduardo also had experience with administration, installation, and setup of bank networks, routers, dominion servers, and data servers and its local hosts. In 2002, they joined Fast & Fluid Management as a Field Service Coordinator and Field Service & Support Engineer, providing field service, maintenance, repairs, and installations of automatic color dispenser and mixer machines. Eduardo was also responsible for answering escalated calls and web-based incidents and resolving customer issues. In 2007, they began working for Barco as a Customer Support Engineer, where they performed field maintenance, field repairs, helpdesk, and installations of digital projectors for the presentation and broadcast market, as well as 3D projectors. In 2012, they joined GDC Technology as a Customer Support Engineer, where they were responsible for answering escalated calls and incidents and resolving customer issues and providing them with a solution via troubleshooting techniques. In 2013, they moved to Spamina as a Customer Support, where they performed the same duties. Finally, in 2015, they joined Worldsensing as a Senior Customer Support Engineer, Technical Support Team Leader, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support, diagnosis and resolution of escalated tickets to level II, answering calls, doubts, and incidents from customers, and providing remote and onsite training on the company products to customers and company sales executives.

Eduardo Muñoz Sanchez completed a Senior Specialist in Telecommunications & Computer Systems from the Tarragona Polytechnic Institute "Pere Martell" between 1998 and 2000. Prior to this, they completed a Senior Specialist in Electric & Electronic Systems from the same institution between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they hold a certification in LPIC-1 Linux Administration from PUE.
