Kate Kim

Kate Kim has extensive experience in finance and operations within various sectors, including not-for-profit and fund management. Currently serving as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at WorldShare Australia since August 2022, Kate focuses on empowering marginalized communities through education and health initiatives. Previous roles include Investment Operations & Finance Manager at Brightlight Group, Finance and Administration Manager at Rozelle Neighbourhood Centre Inc and Christian Super, and Fund Accounting Manager at Centuria Capital Limited. Earlier career positions included finance roles at First Sentier Investors, Egis, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and a financial analyst at 삼정KPMG. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney, a postgraduate degree in Taxation Law from Macquarie University, and is a qualified CPA.
