Jessica Smith Durham

Jessica Smith Durham has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jessica began their career at Wachovia Corp as a Financial Center Manager, where they worked from 2004 to 2006. After that, they joined Wells Fargo and held multiple roles, including Retail Sales and Service Coach, Store Manager, and District Manager, from 2006 to 2014.

In 2014, Jessica joined SunTrust Bank as an Area Manager, where they coached team members in 14 banking branches and focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals. Jessica also led talent acquisition and people development initiatives for a team of over 100.

Currently, Jessica is working at WorldStrides as an Associate Vice President. Jessica leads strategy and retention sales efforts for the Higher Education Group Travel division. Their main responsibilities include strengthening relationships with university partners, delivering customized products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Jessica joined WorldStrides in 2015 as the Director of Account Management and later served as the Senior Director of Account Management before taking on their current role.

Jessica Smith Durham attended the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business.
