Joy Clark has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Joy has held executive positions in various companies, including their current role as Chief People Officer at Worldwide Clinical Trials since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President People and Head of Human Resources at Valassis Digital from 2017 to 2018. Joy also had significant roles at MaxPoint, where they were the Vice President of Talent and Head of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017, and at Cree, where they worked as the Director of Talent Management from 2014 to 2015.
