Martha Bond

Martha Bond has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Martha began their career as a registered nurse at North York General Hospital in 1985, followed by positions at Toronto Western Hospital and Toronto General Hospital. In 1996, Martha moved into the field of clinical research, working as a Clinical Research Associate at Fournier Pharma. Martha then joined PAREXEL International in 1999 as a Senior Clinical Research Associate. In 2010, Martha became a Senior Project Leader at PAREXEL, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Martha worked at Sierra Oncology, starting as a Clinical Project Manager and progressing to the position of Associate Director and then Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Currently, Martha is serving as the Senior Director of Project Management in Oncology at Worldwide Clinical Trials.

Martha Bond earned a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree from York University from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they studied nursing at Seneca Polytechnic from 1983 to 1985 and obtained a Registered Nurse (RN) certification. In 2014, Martha also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential from the Project Management Institute.
