Monika Iten

Monika Iten has a strong background in the clinical research industry, with significant leadership experience. Monika most recently served as the Vice President of Project Management at Worldwide Clinical Trials since October 2017. Prior to that, they held various positions at inVentiv Health Clinical, including Vice President of Clinical Performance from April 2016 to September 2017, and Executive Director of Clinical Performance from January 2015 to March 2016. Monika also served as the Executive Director of the Project Management Office and Senior Director of the Project Management Office at inVentiv Health Clinical from November 2013 to December 2014 and April 2013 to October 2013, respectively. Monika started their career at Pharmanet/i3 in 2005, where they held the role of Senior Director of Clinical Research until March 2013.

Monika Iten obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Naturwissenschaften from ETH Zürich, from 1987 to 1991. Monika further pursued their education at the University of Basel, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Zell-/Zellularbiologie und Molekularbiologie, completed between 1992 and 1996.
