Valerie Moss

Valerie Moss has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 27 years. Valerie is currently working at Worldwide Clinical Trials as the Vice President of Global Human Resources, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at the same company from January 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Worldwide Clinical Trials, Valerie worked at ABB, starting in 2017. At ABB, they held various Vice President roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, United States, where they were responsible for HR services and the people strategy for the country. Valerie also served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Functions, leading HR business partner support for the Americas executive leadership team and Corporate Functions/Commercial/CTO leadership across the United States. Valerie'stenure at ABB ended in January 2020.

Valerie's earlier work experience includes roles at Grifols, where they were the Human Resources Director from November 2011 to December 2017, and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, where they served as the Head of Human Resources, Americas from October 2010 to November 2011. Valerie also held the position of Head of Human Resources, Global Product Development based in Sweden at Sony Ericsson from March 2009 to October 2010.

Prior to these roles, Valerie worked at RTI International as the Senior Director of Human Resources from October 2007 to March 2009, and at Sony Ericsson as the Human Resources Manager for the mobile handset division from June 2000 to October 2007.

Valerie's career in human resources began at Interim HealthCare Corporate Office, where they served as the HR Manager from June 1994 to June 2000.

Throughout their career, Valerie has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources, including HR business partner support, talent development, performance management, and organizational design.

Valerie Moss obtained their MBA degree in Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 1992 and 1994. Valerie also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Methods Group, obtained in 2018.
