Smriti Gurung Msc

Smriti Gurung MSc has a diverse professional background in sales and customer relationship management, currently serving as CRM Manager and Salesforce Admin at Worldwide Events since May 2019. Previously, Smriti held the role of Sales Coordinator for Leisure and MICE Sales and worked in direct marketing and sales at Source Marketing Direct® from September 2018 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a Sales Consultant position at Next Retail Ltd from July 2015 to September 2018 and serving as Treasurer of the Coventry University Nepalese Society during a Master’s program in Project Management at Coventry University from 2016 to 2017. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Customer Service Assistant at HSBC and as an English Tutor at H.K.S.K.H Lady MacLeHose Centre. Smriti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Coventry University, completed in 2016, and has foundational education from St Marys CofE High School.
