Sam Roberts

Sam Roberts is an accomplished Business Improvement Manager at Worldwide Fruit Limited, where responsibilities include owning the Enterprise Excellence Process, coaching in Lean methodologies, coordinating site improvement activities, delivering key projects, and overseeing process stability since May 2016. Prior to this role, Sam held various management positions, including Senior Production Manager, where oversight included operations, planning, and production, as well as Production and Despatch Manager, managing intake and packing lines. Sam’s career began at South Holland District Council as a Trainee Accountancy Assistant and includes significant experience in the accelerated management scheme at Bakkavor, leading teams in a high-care production environment. Educationally, Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Nottingham Trent University and has achieved Lean Manufacturing Green and Black Belt certifications.
