Jim Burger has extensive work experience in various roles across multiple companies. Jim started their career at GE in 1988 as a Process Development Engineer, where they were responsible for developing and scaling up new process technologies. Jim then moved into roles such as Product Development Manager, Global Marketing - Industry Management, Sales and Market Development Leader, and Marketing Director. During their time at GE, they played a key role in implementing a global customer relationship management system, leading global training initiatives, and driving new business sales. In 2011, Jim joined SABIC as the Global Pricing and Analytics Leader before transitioning to the role of Americas Pricing and Analytics Leader. In these positions, they focused on pricing processes, compliance, guideline setting, and customer profitability. Jim also implemented value-based pricing processes and tools, resulting in margin expansion for the company. Currently, Jim is working as the Vice President of Business Development at WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions, where they lead the development and execution of business strategies.
