Mindy Simon

Mindy Simon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mindy started their career in 2008 as a Materials Control Specialist at Fluor Corporation. After four years, they transitioned to KinderCare Education at Work as a Center Director, where they worked from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Mindy is employed at WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions, initially starting as a Healthcare Recruiter in December 2021 and being promoted to Associate Director of Recruitment in August 2022.

Mindy Simon obtained a professional certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Coursera in the year 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Liberty University between 2017 and 2021. In addition, Mindy also completed a Child Development Associate program at Rasmussen University from 2017 to 2018, specializing in Child Development.
