Aryan Shams

Aryan Shams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in language interpretation, business development, and public administration. Currently serving as a Pashto/Dari Interpreter for The Providencia Group since March 2022, Aryan provides interpretation services in various settings. Concurrently, Aryan fulfills the role of People Operations Coordinator for WorldWide Language Resources, LLC. Previous experience includes positions as Business Development Manager at Secure Guard Security Services, where client prospecting and strategic pricing were key responsibilities, and Lead Advisor at FLEX Advisers, focusing on team performance and sales training. Aryan also held significant roles in the Ministry of Urban Development Affairs, managing grants and external affairs, and served as an Executive Assistant to the Minister in the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing. Aryan's early career included key support roles in the Ministry of Interior in Kandahar. Aryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Balochistan.
