Jacob Sackman

Jacob Sackman has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Construction Equipment Operator/Team Leader in the US Army from February 2002 to March 2005. Jacob then served as a Recruiter/Recruiting Assistant Branch Manager from April 2005 to August 2008, where they implemented recruiting management systems and conducted awareness programs. From September 2008 to September 2010, they became a Recruiting Branch Manager in an Army recruiting station, overseeing a team of 2 recruiters and being responsible for their professional development and the training of Future Soldiers. Jacob took on a bigger responsibility as a Recruiting Branch Manager from October 2010 to November 2012, where they supervised 5 recruiters in an area covering 481 square miles. Jacob was also a Special Operations Recruiter/Recruiting Assistant Branch Manager from November 2012 to September 2014, managing a team of 15 recruiters and performing market analysis and mission planning. Jacob then transitioned to the role of Operations Supervisor from September 2014 to April 2017, supporting 91 recruiters and monitoring production indicators. Finally, Jacob worked at WorldWide Language Resources, LLC, where they held the positions of Recruiter Manager from April 2017 to September 2019, Medical Services Project Manager from April 2018 to present, and Director of Recruiting Operations from September 2019 to present.

Jacob Sackman attended Liberty University from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Business Administration. However, it should be noted that their completion of the degree is projected.
