Mayur Kshirsagar has a diverse work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Mayur currently serves as the Head of Department at Worldwide Oilfield Machine since December 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager at Sankalp Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd for 10 years, where they were responsible for various aspects of metallurgical quality, laboratory, forge shop, heat treatment, supplier quality, surface coating, and projects. Mayur was also a core team member for implementation of API licenses and various ISO certifications. Before that, they worked at Kalyani Forge Ltc for 10 years as a Manager in Heat Treatment, where they oversaw heat treatment processes, laboratory operations, metallurgical analysis, and handling customer complaints.
