Nuala O'Leary

Nuala joined the Group in 2002 and was appointed Group Company Secretary in August 2016. She is responsible for corporate governance for the Board and the Group Executive. Nuala is also responsible for the legal and governance matters relevant to Worley Limited, including the capital structure and regulatory obligations, with Group accountability for continuous disclosure. Nuala has a background in private legal practice specializing in corporate litigation and corporate governance. Nuala holds degrees in Law and Arts from The University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance. Nuala is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of
