Sabrina Gilman

Sabrina joined Worley in March 2025 and was appointed Chief Legal Officer effective 1 July 2025, with responsibility to lead our global legal team.

Sabrina brings her 15 years’ multi-jurisdictional in-house legal experience managing diverse teams to enable business growth, with a strong focus on commercial issues, corporate governance, M&A, regulatory compliance, litigation, and employment law to her role at Worley. Sabrina’s mission is to be a trusted business advisor and a diversity and inclusion leader, leveraging her legal expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to mitigate risk, deliver value, and create impact.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School. Sabrina serves as a board member of Boys and Girls Club of the Austin Area.
