Cathy Yoon

Cathy Yoon is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Wormhole Foundation since August 2023. In addition, Cathy is a Steering Committee Member at Global Blockchain Convergence, an invitation-only think tank focused on blockchain policy, and a Charter Member of The L Suite, a community for General Counsel to share best practices. Cathy also holds a position as a board member of the New York Law School Alumni Association Inc. Previous roles include Chief Legal Officer at MPCH Labs, General Counsel at Fraction and INX Limited, and Interim General Counsel at Signum Growth Capital. Earlier experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and General Counsel at GB Capital Markets. Educational credentials include a JD from New York Law School and a BA in History from Swarthmore College.
