Michael Pueschell

Michael Pueschell serves as the Chief Culture Officer at Rooted Wealth Advisors since November 2023 and holds board positions at the Community Foundation of Kankakee River Valley and Country Theater Workshop. An experienced writer with Worship Leader Media since 2011, Michael has also served as a chaplain at Iroquois Memorial Hospital. Previously, Michael spent over 13 years in various pastoral roles at Trinity Church, focusing on church multiplication, staff leadership, and worship arts. Michael’s experience includes church planting as Worship Pastor at The Roots Community and event coordination as a social host at Mountain Lake Corporation. Additionally, Michael has a background in sports tourism and large event coordination from a tenure as Housing Bureau Director at Polk County Sports Marketing. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Florida Southern College.
