Michael Dugandzic

Michael Dugandzic is a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience in the industry, currently representing buyers and sellers at Worth Clark Realty since January 2020. Specializing in distressed property sales, bank-owned properties, and traditional residential transactions, Michael has been active in real estate since 2006. In addition to real estate, Michael has served as the president of Greenworks Painting, Inc. since 1991, delivering quality painting services at affordable prices. Previous roles include real estate broker positions at Baird & Warner and Keller Williams Premier Realty, along with co-ownership at The Paint Outlet from 2010 to 2013. Michael holds a certification as a Residential Painting Contractor from the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.
