Jon Lafey

Jon Lafey has had an extensive career in the HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Refrigeration field, spanning over 45 years. Jon has worked for Worth and Company, holding various positions including Designer, Project Engineer, Project Engineer/Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, and VP Operations. Jon Lafey retired from Worth and Company in July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Design Build/Engineering, General Manager, and Engineering Manager at Worth and Company, Inc from 2005 to 2012. Jon also served as the VP Operations at Worth and Company, Inc from 2012 to 2013.

From 1975 to 1977, Jon Lafey attended Penn State University, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
