Adam Sammons

Adam Sammons is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Worthington Area Chamber and as the Founder of The Way Mission Group, which focuses on supporting homeless individuals, veterans, and underserved families in central Ohio. In addition, Adam holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Business Continuity Management at First Merchants Corporation and serves as Chief Executive Officer of RedFinn Global LLC, providing creative capital solutions and business advisory services. Prior experience includes roles such as Business Underwriter at Citizens and Business Banking Relationship Manager at Bank of America, along with multiple positions at U.S. Bank. Adam Sammons earned a degree in Programming and Project Management from Full Sail University between 2015 and 2017.
