Jody McKinley

Jody McKinley possesses over twenty years of engineering experience, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Worthington Cylinder Corporation since August 2016. Previous roles at Worthington include Engineering Manager for Product Development and Senior Engineer, focusing on innovative product development and project management. Prior to this, Jody held the position of Engineering/Facilities Manager at TRW Automotive, driving new product initiatives and manufacturing improvements across multiple North American facilities. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at Owens Corning Fiberglas and serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Jody holds a BA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and an AS in Electro/Mechanical Engineering from Central Ohio Technical College. Additionally, Jody has contributed to the Underwriters Laboratory standards and technical committee for LPG torches and appliances for twelve years.
