Joe Cress

Joe Cress has a diverse work experience in the steel industry. Joe started their career at Worthington Steel in 2006 as a Make Planner and later became a Quality Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to Worthington Industries and worked as a Supply Chain Analyst before being promoted to Outside Processing Supply Chain Analyst in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Outside Processing Manager and in 2017, they became the Senior Manager of WSCS and Outside Processing. Currently, they are the Business Director of Outside Processing, responsible for managing the P&L and overseeing the supply chain business unit, handling a significant volume of Worthington's products across the US.

Joe Cress obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Louisville from 1997 to 2002. Joe later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2008.
