Katie Heitman

Katie Heitman has extensive experience in product management and project management within the industrial and residential sectors. Currently serving as Product Manager for Residential Water Systems at Worthington Enterprises since April 2024, Katie has also been a part of Worthington Industries since September 2017 in various roles including Project Manager on the Industrial Products Innovation Team and Innovation Strategist. Prior to this, a significant tenure at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2010 to May 2017 involved positions such as Business Insights Analyst and IT Business Analyst specializing in various functions. Katie also contributed to athletic development as Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Hudson High School from July 2015 to November 2016. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Kent State University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
