Paul Pfeifer

Paul Pfeifer is a seasoned technical services manager with extensive experience in metallurgical engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving at Worthington Industries since September 2014, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills throughout their career. Previous roles include special process manager and chief metallurgist at Northstar Aerospace, where Paul led successful scrap reduction efforts resulting in significant annual savings. Paul also has a background as an engineering supervisor at BorgWarner, where Paul improved quality metrics and facilitated effective problem-solving initiatives. Additional experience includes materials laboratory management at Packer Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
