Monica Baughman's work experience includes various roles at Worthington Libraries, starting in March 2002 as an Adult Services Librarian/Audio Visual Librarian. Monica then held positions as a Lead Librarian, Library Manager, Deputy Director, Director of Support Services, and Interim Director. Monica further pursued their education at Kent State University, where they obtained a Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.S.) degree in the field of Library Science from 2000 to 2002.
