Gwen Joseph

Gwen Joseph is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of External Reporting at Worthington Steel since December 2023. Prior to this role, Gwen held the position of Director Of Internal Audit at Worthington Industries from March 2020 to December 2023. Between May 2013 and March 2020, Gwen worked at L Brands as CFRG Technical Accounting Manager, overseeing key technical accounting projects and managing SEC and statutory reporting. Gwen has also served as Manager of Accounting Operations at DSW from April 2012 to May 2013, and as Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2004 to April 2012. Gwen holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Wright State University, obtained between 2003 and 2004, and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, earned from 1999 to 2003.
