Joe has an extensive legal background, with experience in various companies holding leadership roles such as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Worthington Steel, and Senior Counsel at PubMatic. Joe has also served as Assistant General Counsel at InMarket and Big Lots Stores, handling compliance with securities laws and overseeing the preparation of various filings required by regulatory bodies. Joe holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Capital University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Miami University in Political Science and History.
