Kari Susil

Kari Susil began their career at Mount Carmel Health System as an HR Representative. Kari later transitioned to JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Loan Processor before moving into the HR field. Kari then worked at Worthington Industries as an HR Generalist, eventually becoming a Senior HR Business Partner. Following Worthington Industries' separation, Kari became the Senior Manager of Talent Management & HR Compliance at Worthington Steel. Kari holds an MBA from Franklin University and a BA from Ohio University.
