Mariann Kukielka

Mariann Kukielka has a diverse work experience. Mariann began their career in 2013 as an Undergraduate Representative on the Strategic Planning Steering Committee at the University of St. Thomas. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Producer at I AM Sarah Edwards and as a Business Development Consultant at BOME Productions LLC. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Manager and Account Executive at Big Human and IAC, respectively. In 2018, they became Head of HR & Talent, Global at Storefront. In 2020, they were a Program Lead and Program Fellow at Gold House. Currently, Mariann is Head of People Operations & Culture, Global at Worthy.com and a Co-Founder & VP, People & Operations at 3DEN.

Mariann Kukielka graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, having double majored in Entrepreneurship and Business Communications, and minored in Film Studies.
