Elaina Hancin

Elaina Hancin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisitions at Wound Care Specialists, LLC since September 2019, where the focus is on providing compassionate wound management in skilled nursing facilities. Prior to this role, Elaina held the position of Director of Talent Acquisitions at CLAIM, LLC, a physician-led medical practice dedicated to primary care services for post-acute and long-term care facilities. Elaina's career includes serving as Recruiting Operations Manager at On Call Staffing Solutions, Inc. for over a decade, as well as previous roles in recruitment and customer service in various companies, such as CORESTAFF Services and Rokenbok Toy Company.
