Charlene B B. has an extensive work history in the Information Technology (IT) field. Charlene B began their career in 1986 as a Programmer Analyst at Varityper, where they developed RPG III solutions for Order Entry and Billing. Charlene B then moved on to Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Information Management. During their time at Janssen, they directed solution strategy, analysis, and delivery for different departments and led the acquisition and support for US-based groups. In 2002, they joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer as the Director of Information Management, where they managed the Request for Proposal process and developed an IT team for New Product Development. From 2008 to 2014, Charlene worked at Campbell Soup Company in various IT leadership roles, shaping and managing demand, investment planning, and value capture for IT solutions. In 2014, they worked as a Contract Program Manager at e-Zassi, LLC. Most recently, they have been Vice President of Information Technology at Wounded Warrior Project. Overall, Charlene has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in IT throughout their career.

Charlene B B. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Charlene B pursued further education at Columbia Business School, where they completed the Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals as part of the Executive Education program. Additionally, Charlene B B. obtained an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and an International Business Certificate from Seton Hall University. Charlene B also holds a Certificate from the Smith College Consortium.

In terms of certifications, Charlene B B. has received training in Health Information Systems, becoming an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) through ICAgile, and completing the ITIL Foundations certification with Pink Elephant. Charlene B also obtained a certification in Strategy from the Smith College Executive Education for Women.
