Michael Allen

Michael Allen has worked for the Wounded Warrior Project since 2014. Michael began as a Benefits Liaison in Training from March 2014 to September 2014. In July 2020, they took on the role of Director of People Operations. Michael is passionate about helping veterans and ensuring they receive the support and assistance they deserve.

Michael Allen graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Michael then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2006, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2019, Michael began their doctoral studies at Northcentral University, specializing in Therapy with Military Families, DFMT. Currently, there is no specified end year for their doctoral program.
