Michelle Santiago

Michelle Santiago, CESP, has extensive experience in administrative support and process development, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Wounded Warrior Project since May 2017. Prior roles include Foundation Development Assistant at Community Hospice of Northeast Florida from April 2016 to April 2017, and Administrative Assistant for CSX Transportation from February 2014 to February 2016. Michelle’s career also includes significant experience at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed supporting Executive Directors and process development for inventory maintenance related to North America Branded Cards. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
