Nelson Lorenzo, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nelson began their career in the Army National Guard in 2007, serving in various roles such as Director/Telecommunications and Instructor/Technician. Nelson demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and achieved a 100% mission capable success rate while leading a team of 32 personnel. In 2011, Nelson joined the US Army as a Director - Platoon Sergeant, overseeing multiple squads and soldiers. Nelson played a crucial role in helping the soldiers create their personalized transition plans. In 2014, Nelson transitioned to the Wounded Warrior Project, where they held multiple positions, including Warrior Coordinator, Warrior Support Specialist, and currently a WWP Talk Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals, implementing program policies, and analyzing data to demonstrate program effectiveness. Nelson's extensive experience in leadership, communication, and program management makes him a valuable asset in any organization.

Nelson Lorenzo, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University, with an expected graduation year of 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Technical Management from American Military University in 2021. Nelson had also pursued studies in Business Management at the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2002. Earlier in their educational journey, they studied Psychology at the State University of New York at Oswego from 1992 to 1994.
