Vesta M. Anderson

Senior Public Relations Specialist at Wounded Warrior Project

Vesta M. Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vesta M. began their career in 2001 as a Public Relations specialist in the United States Air Force, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they served as a Communications Intern at 1440 KEYS News/Talk Radio. From 2011 to 2013, Vesta worked as a Social Media Manager at The Employ Florida Banner Center for Creative Industries and as a Public Relations professional at the University of North Florida Division of Continuing Education. In 2011, they also joined Public Design Unit as a Marketing Communications specialist, where they stayed until 2015. During this time, they also founded and became the CEO of PR Digital Media, a full-service public relations and marketing communications agency. Vesta later served as the Director of the Mount Vernon Boys & Girls Club at the Boys & Girls Club of Skagit County from 2013 to 2014. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Public Relations Specialist at the Wounded Warrior Project since 2015.

Vesta M. Anderson's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Air University and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Air & Space Technology in 2004. Following this, they pursued higher education at Air University again and obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Public Relations from 2005 to 2009. Vesta M. then attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 2009 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a field of study in Communication and Marketing. Finally, in the years 2023 to 2024, Vesta attended Florida State University Panama City and completed a Master's degree in Organizational Management and Communications.
