Software Engineer, Localization And Mapping at Woven Planet Holdings

Kartik Patath has a strong background in software engineering and computer vision. Kartik is currently a Software Engineer at Woven by Toyota, specializing in localization and mapping. Prior to that, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Velodyne Lidar. Kartik also gained experience as a Robotics Intern at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc. and as a JVSRP Intern at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where they focused on perception and artifact localization. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at AIR Lab, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they contributed to various projects and courses in the field of electrical and computer engineering. Prior to that, they held a Research Fellow position at IIIT Hyderabad and completed a RISS student Internship at Carnegie Mellon University.

Kartik Patath received their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. Kartik then pursued their Master's degree in Robotics Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2019 to 2021.
