Mandy Meissner

Mandy Meissner is a Senior UX Strategist at Woven Planet Holdings, with extensive experience in user experience design and service strategy across various industries. Prior roles include Design Strategist at Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., where Mandy contributed to the development of mobility services, and UX & Service Designer at mui Lab, Inc., focusing on calm design for smart homes. Teaching experience includes lecturing on Service Design at Tsinghua University and Seika University Kyoto. Mandy has also served as a freelance design consultant, User Research & Strategy Consultant at Panasonic, and various roles in notable companies such as ING, Service Innovation Labs, Deutsche Telekom, and others, leading teams in innovation processes and enhancing customer-centric practices. Mandy completed a d.MBA in 2023 and holds a Diploma in Interaction Design and Visual Communication Design from the University of the Arts Berlin.
