Quan Kong

Quan Kong has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as an Intern at Rakuten.com in 2013. They then went on to work as a Teaching Assistant at Osaka University from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they served as a Visiting Researcher at ATR. In 2015, Quan joined Osaka University again, this time as a Research Assistant. They then moved on to work at Hitachi, where they started as a Researcher from 2016 to 2018, and later became a Senior Researcher from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Quan works at Woven by Toyota as a Senior Research Scientist since 2022.

Quan Kong completed their education starting in 2007 at Xi'an Jiaotong University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2011. Quan then pursued further studies at Osaka University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Multimedia Engineering from 2013 to 2014. Quan Kong continued their academic journey at Osaka University, completing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Multimedia Engineering from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Quan Kong also obtained a certification in JLPT-N1 in 2011, although specific details about the institution and month of attainment are unavailable.
