Rishi Shah

Rishi Shah is a skilled roboticist and applied scientist with extensive experience in robotics, machine learning, and software engineering. Currently at Woven Planet since September 2022, Rishi focuses on developing intelligent human-centered robots for the Woven City project. Previous roles include Robotics Applied Scientist at Amazon, where Rishi worked on Sim2Real for autonomous drone delivery, and Roboticist with the RoboCup Federation, contributing to navigation and mapping frameworks for mobile service robots. Rishi has a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Computational Science, Engineering, and Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from The University of Texas at Austin. Notable earlier experiences also include roles at Cogitai, Inc., Indeed.com, and multiple internships at LiveWire, Inc., emphasizing a diverse skill set in algorithm development, software application, and data analysis.
