Silvia López Martínez-Cairo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Silvia is currently working as a Product Designer at Woven by Toyota since September 2022. Prior to this, Silvia worked at Mox Bank as a Senior UX Designer from November 2019 to June 2022, where they played a crucial role in creating a user-centric Virtual Bank app that helped Mox Bank become the No. 1 trusted Virtual Bank in Hong Kong.

Before their role at Mox Bank, Silvia was a Senior UX Designer at CompareAsiaGroup from March 2018 to November 2019. Silvia then joined CreditGo.com.hk as a Senior UX Designer from March 2018 to November 2019, where they led the design process of CreditGo from concept to completion and successfully launched the application in a short time span of 7 months.

Prior to these roles, Silvia worked as a Senior UX Designer at CompareGlobalGroup from October 2016 to March 2018, where they focused on designing comparison tools for financial products and improving the application funnel drop-off rate. Before that, they worked at Zyncro Tech as a Lead UX/UI Designer from April 2013 to August 2016, and at Addfleet as a Senior UX Designer from September 2012 to March 2013, where they developed user-friendly applications in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Silvia's early work experience includes their role as a Senior Interaction Designer at NTRglobal from an unspecified start date to July 2012, where they designed seamless user experiences for NTRconnect and NTRsupport applications.
