Xiaoyu Wang

Xiaoyu Wang has a diverse work experience in the field of design and human-computer interaction. They worked as a Senior Product Designer at Woven Planet Holdings starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Designer at DJI from January 2021 to November 2021. From September 2018 to July 2020, they worked as a Product Designer at Walmart eCommerce, where they focused on designing the online grocery last-mile experience and optimizing the post-transaction experience. Before that, they were a UX/UI Designer at Microsoft, where they led the design of Azure product reservation experience and provided creative solutions to Azure customer experience portal design. They also have experience as a Full-stack Web Designer at Rokid Corporation Ltd and as an Interaction Designer at REI. Xiaoyu Wang completed their Master of Human-Computer Interaction + Design at the University of Washington from September 2016 to August 2017, during which they worked as an Interaction Designer. They also worked as a UX Engineer Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from July 2015 to June 2016, where they researched interactive robot design and developed innovative ideas focused on micro-interaction.

Xiaoyu Wang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, and Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they also obtained additional certifications in Fine Arts and Mathematics in August 2012. They later pursued a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design at the University of Washington from 2016 to 2017.
