Andrew Searle

Andrew Searle has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Andrew started their career at Citigroup in 2007, working as an Exotics equity derivatives AVP in the Middle Office Risk and Controls department until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Citi as a Trader/Structurer in Equity linked notes. In 2013, Andrew enrolled at London Business School as an MBA student and completed their studies in 2015. Andrew then joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also served as the Head of Business Development at QuantumBlack from May to December 2017. From December 2017 to November 2019, Andrew worked at QuantumBlack as a Principal in Strategy and Operations. Andrew'smost recent position is at WovenLight, where they started as Chief Of Staff in November 2019 and currently holds the role of Head of Operations, starting in June 2021.

Andrew Searle has a well-rounded education history. Andrew began their academic journey at Loughborough University from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Following this, Andrew furthered their studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Science degree in Finance. Wanting to expand their expertise in business, they then enrolled at the London Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy.
